However I've elected to go with drag and drop because of the large number of changes to my h/w and s/w at one time and my continuous need for an operational system for my business. This caution has been reflected with my use of MS outlook for the Mac, which has been problematic from installation of Office Mac 2011 a few days ago. I kept getting messages that Outlook had to close down because of an error. Today it closed down and now all I can get is about a second of the yellow splash screen - it won’t open at all. If anyone can help with that I’d appreciate it.
