Hi Biagio Mazzucco, The notification emails of OWA groups are created by system. And it’s not feasible to cancel them. However, as a workaround, we can use transport rule to delete this kind of emails. After that, the notification emails of the OWA groups will be deleted rather than go to members’ inbox.

Thanks, Brook. Sorry, but deleting a message that we want to send is not feasible. It's not the notification e-mail I have a problem with, I need those notification e-mails.
It's the information that's appended to the notification e-mails that's the problem. If I'm subscribed to a group, I get a notification e-mail of a message sent to the group's e-mail address. The text in my image above is appended to the bottom of the notification e-mail. If I take that notification e-mail and forward it to someone the appended text, with active hyperlinks, is sent along with the message I am forwarding. If I'm forwarding that message to someone outside our organization, they get the message with appended text including live hyperlinks back to the group - which the recipient wouldn't be a member of. I don't want to suppress the notification e-mail, I just want it changed to not include the links, etc. It's not feasible to tell staff to delete that section before forwarding/replying.
