Go to settings, about phone, tap on the build number 5 or 6 times or until it says developer options unlocked. Go out to settings and you should see the options.

Kay, Sorry to be back late. Increase memory for photoshop on mac. I was not home much yestarday. Depending on what the app is, the App developed may have their own uninstall procedures or there maybe proper uninstall procedures supplied by other third party sources that may more thoroughly and completely uniinstall troublesome apps.
